Delivery policy

Exchange and Return Policy

• The deadline for returns and exchanges is 30 days for purchases made from the company's website. The countdown for the deadline starts from the invoice issuance date. Additionally, any return or exchange request will only be accepted upon presenting the original purchase invoice

• To accept the return or exchange of products, they must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase, unused, free from breakage or damage, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and any accompanying offers and gifts received by the buyer at the time of purchase.
